Hello Friend UK is a small, thoughtful gifting brand creating feel-good letterbox surprises.
Our collection of palm-sized plushies; Arty the Heart, Bertie Bear and Cordelia Cloud are designed to bring comfort, connection and a little moment of joy. Paired with our greeting cards, each parcel is carefully created to fit through the letterbox, making it simple to send something meaningful, near or far.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and delivered straight through the door 💌
OUR STORY
Long-time friends Pippa & Rachael dreamt up Hello Friend during those strange and distant COVID years.
Gift giving has always been our love language, but we felt there was nothing simple to send that felt truly special; something thoughtful, joyful, and affordable.
After many late-night ideas, endless Zoom calls and plenty of early sketches, we brought in the professionals to help shape the brand and bring our little characters to life.
Hello Friend launched online in 2023, and since then has popped up across the Home Counties — from gift markets and Christmas fairs to a special week-long showcase in John Lewis.
As more people discover and share Hello Friend, our ambitions continue to grow — and we’re so excited for what’s to come.
